Small induction melting furnace is a kind of furnace that converts three-phase power frequency current into single-phase medium frequency current through frequency converter. Medium frequency current will generate magnetic field when passing through spiral rectangular copper tube. Metal will generate eddy current through electromagnetic field induction, and eddy current will flow inside metal to generate heat, so as to achieve the purpose of metal heating and even melting.

3. The frequency range is wide. From 1KHZ-20KHZ, the induction coil can be designed by comprehensively considering the smelting amount, electromagnetic stirring, heating efficiency and other factors. The compensation capacitance determines the output frequency.
4. It can save at least 20% energy compared with silicon controlled medium frequency.
5. The equipment is small in size and light in weight. The smelting capacity is from 1kg to 200kg, which is suitable for both factory production and material test in schools and research institutes.
